I’m Shelley the Geek. I geek out on shiny metal objects with or without blinking lights, as long as they are finely machined. I love gadgets and technology – and I super geek out on most things that come out of Cupertino. I’m a web programmer and designer as well as a photographer, writer and general geek. I geek out on technology, art, science, foreign languages, fonts, marketing and design.
I was the first webmaster for pepsi.com when I worked for their ad agency in the 1990’s and I still work on websites full time. I lived the dream I had since I saw the first Mac in 1984… I got to work for Apple for nearly 5 years… one of the neatest places a person can work. I’m also a freelance photographer and shoot weddings and other events.

Here I am at the tender age of 5 – geeking out with a camera. The latest technology of the time was the Polaroid Land Camera. In the reflection in the mirror, you will see our reel-to-reel. To paraphrase Luke Skywalker, “I’m a geek, like my father before me.”
